Stonewall Collision & Auto Paint

Tried my best to support this place . Writing this review after a year because the issue still isnt solved and now i feel like im being pushed off so here we go . Took my new unpainted bumper in for paint and what not. Price was good ! Then i picked it up and the guy shoved it into my trunk as fast as possible. Thought maybe they were in a rush because i showed up towards the end of the day , i know how it goes ! Nope came home missing the hitch cover ,top of the bumper is crinkled from what i imagine was a clamp to hold in a place while painting . They left the grill on didnt bother to mask or tape it off , just painted right on to it , a just a bunch of little imperfections in the paint blaming it on everything wrong with the bumper when they shouldve said “ok we will fix it”not only did they cop an attitude when i confronted them but they said we cant do anything , the craziest part is i said i would take it apart so nothing went wrong but they insisted it was left on and that “they would take care of me” . They tried ordering the hitch cover but it was wrong , told them about it but never heard back . At this point im so fed up with this place . Beware

My car looks even better than it did before the accident! Tom helped me so much. The past few months have been some of the hardest times of my life. My fiancé and I recently began looking for a house, when this accident happened. I didn’t want to take a hit to my credit for mortgage interest rates, but I also didn’t want my insurance premium to sky rocket. I paid for it out of pocket using funds we had put to the side for our wedding. I also didn’t want to ask my parents for help because they were struggling and trying to manage a recent health tragedy that happened in our family. Tom knew I was paying out of pocket using my wedding funds. He had a lot of empathy for my situation. He found ways he could save me money here and there without compromising the quality of the repair work. I can’t emphasize enough how appreciative I am for him and the Stonewall team. If I could rate them more than 5 starts I would. It is so hard to find quality service like this today. When my world truly felt like it was falling apart in so many ways, their team helped me manage the clean up of this accident better than I imagine any other collision shop could have. Thank you so much again Tom. I will forever recommend your services.

Maaco did a Great job on my truck , I was very pleased and satisfied, my truck looks sweet thx to Mark , Al , Tom , Christina , and all the crew in the back who helped with my truck , thank you all , Great job on the 1977 Chevy C10

Oh NO don't get MAACO!!! ZERO stars...This is what a $1,200 lower trim paint job looks like...INSIDE of my car DAMAGED all around! This paint will not come off my interior or door trim but they said they will remove it completely. This is the worst experience I have had with any business in my life...I've been SCAMMED!!! They've done $1200 worth of damage to my vehicle with paint & primer spray all inside the car interior and even paint on my tire...not to mention they've had it for 8 days and now need 3 more days to fix damages...This is not a BBB certified business!!!

I had the $300 special on urethane 1 stage on December 2017. I was sold the sealer on special $70, out of the door i paid $377. The paint was very good for the money i paid. Nice and shinny, very ltittle orange peel, good coverage. it didn't match,see photos. My car was silver, I was told it would not match 100%, but the end product was not close at all. I definitely liked my old silver color, i am not sure what you call the color on the car currently. Notice they painted part of the grille without my approval.
