Great experience with this auto shop. The team was professional and the manager is a really nice guy. Unlike some other places, he was honest and didn’t try to bluff or push unnecessary repairs. The service and timing were good, and they worked hard to get the job done right even though it seemed like a tough repair. The price was a little high, but it’s understandable considering the warranty and the quality of the work. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend them.

My tire went flat one snowy morning on my way to work. It was very early and they weren't open yet. My tire was shredded so I had no choice but to call for help and leave my car in their parking lot. I called as soon as they opened and explained my situation. They were very understanding. Not only did they replace my tire, but they also fixed my key FOB because I didn't know how. The price was great, they were great! I highly recommend Redford Auto Repair in Garden City.
