I would definitely recommend Rattlesnake Auto, I had issues on my rear differential on my truck. They did a phenomenal job repairing it. Dave kept in contact with me letting me know what was needed, confirming completion time, just phenomenal customer service. I will definitely be back for any auto needs. Thanks again.

View on Google1. Fair prices. (out of a sample of 5 local area shops that work on older vehicles (classic/muscle stuff), they were right in the middle. This usually indicates they like vacations, but they aren't going to stop me from taking one too. 2. Knowledgeable. Their time is money, but when I've had a quick (or not so quick) question about my DIY stuff, they haven't hesitated to point me in the right direction. 3. Safety. When dropping my cars off for service, I'd really like to believe that I won't get a call telling me that my cars have been stolen. It's a safe area in general, but those "hot" cars are locked up securely over night. 4. The fix is the THE FIX. This might be the most important thing. Giving someone my hard earned money for a fix that doesn't actually fix the problem is infuriating. I'm not going to say they've always been right, but when they're wrong, they've made it right, which is just as good.

The work was completed in one day and the only surprise was when Beth let me know the total due was less than the original quote. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Dave and Beth when it's time for the next service.
