I had no idea what was wrong with my car but it felt like a death trap, I took it to this shop I trust these guys with any of my vehicles. They had it inspected and worked with me on cost to keep my repairs in my budget! And had my car front end and rear multiple repairs done in less than 48hrs while being slammed with business. I will forever recommend this shop, I trust them with any vehicles I have, they are always up front honest and willing to keep you SAFELY on the road! Not to mention the constant contact they kept with me regarding every step they took with my car! If I could give them 20 stars I would!!!! Thank you Quality Auto for being one of the few auto shops to be honest in this business!

My mom took her Ford focus here they told her it would be two hours, when she called back he said they were STILL bleeding her breaks, he said Ford focus are very difficult to bleed breaks and can take hours😆😆😆 also lied about parts cost, and would not disclose parts supplier. I would definitely shop around before pulling into this trap. The customer service could use some work also.

this was the only place i ever took my car before i moved out the state. a family member in michigan asked about it and i came to give them the info but also wanted to share that this is still by a landslide the best car repair shop i’ve ever used. 10/10 no notes. quick and quality work.
