A lot of places won't check the fluids or the tires even when I ask them to. This place definitely did and they were wonderful and friendly and fast. They were honest with me and didn't try to rip me off. They also said that with my full synthetic oil change halfway in between when my oil change is due, I can come in for a free top off!
View on GoogleThis is the second car I have brought here for an oil change and walked away with over $1000 in repairs. I had oil change done last week and today had to take my car into the shop and was told my oil is still very dirty and dark colored, filter was not changed also my gasket valve cover was broken and has a major leak now. Also 2 days after the oil change my blower fan broke as well as my exhaust pipe fell off bc bolds were loosened. So now I paid $65 for a oil change that was never done and left with multiple things broken on my car that costed me over $1000 to get repaired, Same thing happen to my last car he did an oil change on. Do NOT trust or go to this place unless you want to walk away paying hundreds of dollars fixing things he breaks on your car !!
View on GoogleI always ask to be shown the sealed top before the oil is opened. Asked as usual. Did not show me the sealed top showed the can like he was going to show me the seal. Kneeled down out of view then popped up & poured the oil into the car. I told him very nicely, that "I still didn't see a sealed top as I asked you". 😮💨. Even if it was sealed, it was not the "high mileage oil" that I asked for several times.. Make your on judgment. What do you think?. If you're getting bad reviews from something as simple as an oil change, you're definitely doing bad business. You're doing a 2 step! Oil out, oil in. It's really hard to make a mistake. It's definitely effort in being foul.
View on GoogleThis place you used dirty oil in my car after I left them. My car wasn’t running correctly, so I went to the dealership and they informed me that the place where I had gotten my oil changed had to put used oil in my car. They are scamming with oil.
View on GoogleI’ve taken all of my vehicles here for 13 years. Zack is super friendly, honest, and quick! My trusted shop. I had a Ford Taurus station wagon also many years ago that was having some transmission issues, and he gave me an amazing price for the job. It ended up being totaled before it got fixed. But I take all my vehicles here and will continue to do so! Highly recommend.
