I’ve had my car worked on a couple times at this establishment. I visit family here often and live a couple hours away. The first time it was a quick and easy fix, communication was excellent and the repair and pick up was done next day. Though I recently had to bring my car due to a spark plug failure but we were not exactly sure what it was. We had asked for a diagnosis and estimated cost of the fix and were not given an answer until we went to the building itself the day I was leaving to head back home. Found out that they had already ordered parts without letting us know about prices first. The lady at the front desk was nice and told us it should be done the same day we went to check up. Though the week progressed and I still had not gotten any word about my car or the progress of it until we had to constantly message and call them to get any information about the vehicle. Owner had told us to calm down and let them do their job when they were not communicating anything. I had went over a week without my car my only reliable means of transportation for something that could have been fixed in at least a couple days. They kept trying to up-sale us on parts and more work that “need to get done” and changed it from not being severe to severe. Communication needs to be better and fingers should not be pointed at the customer either. Although we appreciate the time and effort put into repairs and gave us a low price for them we will not be coming back to this establishment in the future.

Went there for a opinion. Kinda hectic, lots of cars everywhere and no where to park. Parked in the street. Talked to manager/owner and he seemed my request was "doable" told me he would call me back in a day or so......it's been two weeks. Lol. I've already taken care of the car issue (kind of).

i’ve never in my life even wrote a real review without some sort of incentive so please please please listen when I say run like your life depends on it!!!!!! paid them $750, for them to keep my car four days longer than they promised and for them to not even fix my car. Never mind the fact that the owner was genuinely getting irritated with me asking when my car would be done (never got a straight answer). Two days later there is more lights on my dashboard and the same problem still seems to be there along with a second . Had to go to another mechanic and spend more money, $300. And now there’s still another $500+ I have to spend to fix what he didn’t fix. If you actually want to get your car fixed, the devil would be more rekiable than this shop. DONT. DO. IT. If there was an option to put a negative amount of stars, that’s what you would see beside my review. thank you and have a good day to everybody except the mechanics at this shop.

Paul puts dealerships to shame. The turn around on my vehicle for new brakes was same day, only a few hours. He did a drive with me a few days prior to dropping off just to make sure it was still safe and I could make it a few more days. The thoughtfulness, attention to detail, ease of communication through text/phone and price were all outstanding. Highly recommend!!!

Went and got my turbo replaced in my 2017 Chevy Cruze he said he changed the lines too along with the turbo. Got my car back, was riding well until it wasn’t. Went to a shop they said my lines are leaking when I called green auto they stated they didn’t replace my lines and charged me additional 600 to replace them when they said they did it the first time. Is not a honest business. Update over a little bit of a year later and I’m having turbo issues again. Would not recommend
