I’m able to use my points for oil changes and the staff always make sure I am informed of how many points I have to use for services. I had an engine light come on Alex, kept me informed throughout the process and they gave me a loaner for the duration of my service. Service isn’t complete yet, but I really like this dealership everyone I’ve come in contact with in the service department is super friendly and helpful.

No waiting they checked me in immediately and explained what they were going to do and pointed me to the waiting room where I had a cup of coffee. View on GoogleThis place has gone downhill! I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection, they didn’t say NOTHING about my tpms When they got done, they let me drive away with NONE of my tire pressure sensors working. When I returned two minutes later, they did one of them was bad, so they couldn’t relearn them. Ok. WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME?!?!? All of them were working during my pre-inspection! Then they tried to sell me another one that was HUNDREDS of dollars! No! Took me to see the service supervisor, he was just as rude! Saying it’s not their fault, IT WAS WORKING BEFORE YOU TOUCHED IT! Yeah i will NOT be back!

And A gentleman at the coffee machine helped me get my cup of coffee from that awesome coffee machine!
