I recently came in looking for a reliable work truck and Al went above and beyond to help me find one that perfectly fit my needs. The price was very fair compared to other dealerships, and the whole experience was straightforward and professional. At one point I thought there might be an issue with the truck and I called Al about it. After checking things more carefully, I realized the mistake was actually on my end for not properly looking into it first. Despite that, Al remained patient, respectful, and professional the entire time. I also want to say that some of the negative reviews I saw beforehand didn’t reflect the experience I had at all. My experience was excellent and very positive from start to finish and Al remained and always was a very honest business man. I truly appreciate the honest service and hospitality I received. It’s clear that Al takes pride in treating customers fairly. I’ll definitely be recommending this place and bringing more business their way in the future. Thank you again, Al.

I definitely would recommend GC Auto to anyone out there looking for an affordable used car. I worked with Dee and she was awesome. I originally looked at an expensive car on their website and applied for financing through the web. My credit is horrible so I wasn't expecting a return call. Dee called me back the next day and informed me that the car I was looking at was probably a little too expensive for my price range with my credit and would need to put a lot of money down. She told me to take a look on their site at some other cars that are less expensive and see if there is any that I like. I found a couple that I liked including the 2017 Ford Fusion that I ended up buying. She gave me over the phone a rough estimate of what my monthly payments would look like and asked me to email her a couple pieces of info....paystubs, bank statement and we went from there. I still wasn't convinced they were going to be able to make it happen but I went up there anyways and took the Fusion for a drive. It drove smoothly and what sold me though is when Dee told me that the loan company rolls into my monthly payments a 2 year 24k mile full powertrain warranty in case something goes wrong with the cars engine or transmission. So we went inside and I still wasn't convinced they would be able to get a bank to do it. But with Dee doing some magic and her boss Al who was also super cool calling the bank they got me out of there with a decent car that looks great and only $1000 down and monthly payments at $288 a month. Also, I hadn't had a car in a minute so didn't know what I was going to do for car insurance but thought it was going to cost me a ton with whatever company I used. Dee went online for me and got me a super cheap quote with CURE for my insurance and helped me put insurance on it so I could take it home with me. Overall I'm very happy and grateful because there's only so much used car dealerships can do for you when you have horrible credit, but they made it happen, and did it very quickly and the entire process was smooth.

EDIT: Since I cannot directly respond to the owner's response to my original review, I will respond here. First off, I was never informed of a no refund policy. The only time I saw anything was after if already sent the $1700 and received the receipt that said "no refund". However, if my memory serves me incorrectly, you should be able to provide the paperwork I signed that states clearly that there is no refund and that I am agreeing to those terms. I'd personally like to see it if you have it, because I don't. I expressed that I didn't want to move forward with the car within the allotted 30 day period. Once that happened, there was no reason to turn away other buyers. You're implying you held the car for me for five months and that's not what happened. There was contact made with the owner within the 30 day period who then said out of his own mouth that he would refund me if he sold the car, which null and voids any policy. It doesn't matter if I physically came back or not once that conversation was had. When the car had already been sold (which I was not notified of, I had to find out on my own) multiple requests starting in February 2025 via CashApp were made throughout that period to claim the funds that would be returned to me. The funds should have been sent back via CashApp as soon as the car was sold, period. Nothing you say will change how unprofessional and shady this entire transaction was. I have attempted to retrieve a PARTIAL down payment that I made on a car that I informed Al I did not wish to move forward with anymore. I let him know within the 30 days I was given to have it paid in full, yet he is still holding onto the funds. I never signed a contract, received the title, had it registered, received the keys, or took the car home. There is nothing other than a receipt for the partial down payment I made that has my name associated with the car. Additionally, he told me out of his own mouth that I would receive my down payment back if he sold the car– the car has since been sold and he has rejected my requests for the funds. I consider that stealing when I have not received anything in exchange for the funds. He wrote "no refund" on the receipt, but if nothing was purchased or ever in my possession, how is that considered a refund? The transaction wasn't even paid in full and he was informed that I wanted to rescind it altogether, meaning there was no exchange. I have been nothing but respectful to resolve this matter. Now, I have to inconvenience myself and escalate it when it is a simple solution. Avoid this dealership at ALL costs. The disrespect and lack of integrity is very disappointing as he came off very kind and honest. I had never shopped for a car without someone to help me before and he took full advantage of my naivety.

Got my 09 suburban here. Pretty straight forward business. It's been a great vehicle for me and my family so far with a good flexible payment. I'd definatly recommend this place for anyone who has bad credit as well as they are very flexible with that
