I've been going to Muffler Man Fraser for years and couldn't be more satisfied with the quality and service I received during each and every visit. The staff are always helpful with explaining vehicle issues (I know next to nothing about cars lol) in a way that isn't pushy about getting services you feel like you don't need. From oil changes to brake work I've always very happy with the services I get when I come. Highly recommended!

View on GoogleI have an older vehicle and I was having exhaust system issues. I was looking for someone to fix the vehicle and not have it be a costly issue. I called around to a few places to see what prices I could get for an inspection. After a couple of days of making phone calls around to various shops in the area, I finally called the Muffler Man of Frasier. I was told that they give free inspections on exhaust issues, well that sold me right there. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted right off the bat and in a short amount of time my car was in the bay. Soon enough I was allowed to go back and see what work needed to be done on my car. I was quoted a fair price and in a short amount of time my car was done. So if are you looking for a quality place, with good work ethics, the Muffler Man of Frasier is a place to put at the top of your list.
View on GoogleFirst came here for help with a used vehicle inspection because it was close enough to walk home from and now it's the family go to. My experience is they are honest fair and have a fast turn around... All the things you want in a shop.

My boyfriend bought his car up there to fix the active exhaust valve this his second coming here the first time they replaced it, it was fixed for a minute then the rattling sound came back which is why he went there the first time. The second he came back which is today he got it fixed again and the engine light came on and he had no explanation on to why the light came on him and his people tried over a hour and then the engine light came off and he was told if it comes back on to come back. Shockingly it came back on and he went back there and said " his part" was bad " how is the part bad now when you put it on the first time... don't make any sense . Then when my boyfriend asked for a refund he told him to come inside and laughed in his face and only gave him back $100! After he paid $400 for the service. This place is terrible! Never go to them. They have no clue on what to do this is the second time we have been to them. Place is trash
