Clems Transmission & Auto Center

I was told my vehicle would be able to be picked up after hours on Friday night. When I got there, it was blocked in. Then, when I came to pick it up on Monday, after having to pay for two more days on my rental, there was I don't in the drivers side back door. The shop refused to acknowledge either of these issues.

absolute worst place i've ever been. was lied to on numerous occasions. took my car in with a transmission issue. it took 3 days of calling this place to get a diagnosis. finally got a partial diagnosis. i told them to do the work and keep me posted. waited about 5 days per what i was told to do. after the 5 days they said they were waiting on a part. never got a courtesy call telling me an update nothing!! i had to call them. waited another 5 days ,again no call no text,no email. i finally got thru to someone and i got the same response ,waiting on a part. after almost 3 weeks i finally went to Clems to get my car. the most unprofessional business i ever been associated with. personally i don't think they/mechanics are qualified to change oil let alone work on something as complicated as a transmission!! i would strongly recommend to cross Clem off any list. wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go there!!! just a horrible experience!!!!

I dropped my car off on a Friday early in the afternoon. I spoke to the shop, they knew it was coming, they said no appointment was necessary. I didn't get a call until Tuesday, at 11:30am, to ask what the car was doing (after it was explained on the phone and at drop off). I was told I would get a call back by the end of the day. I called them on Thursday, after not receiving that call back. I, again, did not get a call returning my voice-mail. I called a 2nd time on Thursday, only to find out they weren't able to figure it out. I told them I would pick the car up on Friday. We got there and the shop was locked up tight and no one answered the phone. I texted the number left on outgoing message and was told the key was in the car. Nothing about them being closed or anything. The car was unlocked, in an unsecured lot, with the keys left inside, over night. When I texted and asked if this was normal practice for their business, I did not get a response. This was the 2nd issue I have had with this company. The first issue was several year ago when they had some warranty work to do, and they kept pushing it off for "paying jobs". They had that vehicle for 7 weeks. I had to call BBB and threaten to go to news outlets before the work was done. I won't be returning to this place again. Extremely unprofessional.

DO NOT go to Clems Transmission in Fraser! I left my car for 3 days and they told me over the span of 3 days over the phone 6 times " they are looking at it right now and will give me a quote. I drive by and my car is just sitting in the parking lot. Why lie ? I'm taking my car somewhere else with better service. I thought a local Fraser business wouldn't disappoint me like this. THEY MADE ME PAY 130$ for bullshit codes and for them to not even look at my car , my car seat wasn’t even moved. THEY LIED. They also lied on the report and put everything wrong such a scam.
