The sales team was very helpful, they answered all my questions and were able to get me my motor in 3 business days after payment was made. The customer service team was efficient in explaining the core return process and assisted when I needed them to. New motor is in and is running like a top!!
View on GoogleMy engine exceeded all expectations. It came complete. Turbo, egr valve and cooler, oil filter housing, front cover, fuel lines and injectors, all internal wiring and hoses, oil pan. Just everything. The shop that did the engine swap said it was one of the best and most complete "crate engines" they have seen. I would definitely recommend Fraser to anyone in the market for a new or rebuilt engine.

View on GoogleVery pleased with the entire process. Great website, lots of detail, easy to reach live person if there are more questions. The buying experience was perfect, options to add coverage, upgrades, even finance choices. My favorite part was the return shipping costs were already included in the price. Not having to deal with return shipping details other than when the carrier should pick up, was a relief. Quality is great as well, my transmission was exactly as described, well packaged, labeled and ready for install.

My review is based on the level of knowledge and the assistance I have received from my initial inquiry until the point of purchase. I will also follow up to this review once the engine has been purchased to include shipping details and the processes I have experienced. So far this has been the best experience I have had while searching for an engine replacement.
