White's Muffler & Brakes

I brought my Ford Fusion to White's Muffler and Brake and their service is outstanding. White's has service my vehicle 3 times and they were able to correct my issues. The staff is also wonderful. Very professional and extremely nice. They even took care of my mother's car as well. I highly recommend White's Muffler and Brakes.

The best auto shop in the city!! Maystro is the best technician, Eddie, Darnell and Torrence are amazing! They were able to get me in and out in less than an hour and they were very careful with my vehicle. 10/10 Everytime!

All I can say is I’m very pleased and satisfied with the service that I had done on my car today. My son referred me to this place.pricing is very reasonable I live all the way in Macomb and I’d drive here again and again to have quality work performed on my vehicle. My son and daughter dropped my car off at 9:00 in the morning my car was finished by noon. The Nissan dealer told me 600.00 to have brakes and rotors installed Whites saved me 250.00 this will be my go to place for work on my vehicle. I highly recommend this company. I’ve been coming here for quite a while, but after my experience on 06/06/2026, I will never return. I arrived around 2:20 PM for a full synthetic oil change and waited about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. One of the employees then came out and asked if I was waiting for an oil change and told me I should have pulled into the bay. At the time, there were already two men standing there, so I assumed both bays were occupied. Apparently one was a coworker, but as a customer, I had no way of knowing that. Once I pulled in, the employee asked what service I needed. I told him I wanted a full synthetic oil change and that I had a coupon. The moment I mentioned the coupon, his entire attitude changed. He actually asked me if I could just come back on Monday, which was not possible for me. From that point on, he clearly acted irritated and inconvenienced that he had to do the job. While working on my vehicle, another manager came over and mentioned he was shutting down the repair side. The employee working on my car (an older Black gentleman) responded, “Here I come, almost done.” The other employee replied, “No worries, I have nothing but time, take your time.” Then the employee doing my oil change said, “I’m holding up the entire shop doing this.” As a paying customer, hearing employees complain about servicing my vehicle and making me feel like a burden was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, after the oil change, I was told I had a coolant leak. Concerned, I immediately drove to my personal mechanic and even called ahead asking him to stay open so he could inspect my vehicle. After thoroughly checking it, he found NO coolant leak at all. Instead, he discovered my engine was completely covered in oil from the oil change service. He physically showed me the mess and had to clean it up himself the best he could. I completely understand employees wanting to go home at the end of the day, but rushing through a service, doing a careless job, leaving oil all over my engine, and then falsely telling me something else was wrong with my vehicle is unacceptable. Women especially — please be careful coming here. Do not let anyone pressure you, rush your service, or make you feel uncomfortable for simply using a coupon or asking questions. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and I will absolutely not be returning. Also my filer was never replaced. Then black gentleman that did my oil change did it once before but it’s my usual guy he is very nice.

Mike and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional and fairly priced. The service was fast, and the process was smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are a full service shop and as such, I would recommend White's Muffler & Brakes for all your automotive repair needs.
