Called today 07/11/2025 @3:30pm to see if they could come out and check out my car. They arrived, he was kind and polite and told me the issues that were wrong with my car. He told me it would be $140 to fix the issue and that he can patch everything himself. I paid him through Zelle, he went to go “get tools” but never came back. It is now 7:15pm and I still have not heard from him. 3 text messages and a couple calls and no response. Do NOT go to 24 hour mobile mechanic. He told me he had a station on Schoenerr and 9 mile do not go to them either. I’m hoping he isn’t doing this to people in their faces. I’ve disputed my bank and will be filing a police report for FRAUD.

Do not give these people your money and trust them to get parts for you. These guys said it would be 230 for my parts to fix my car. The guy took my money and never came back to fix my car. Now the person is not taking my calls and is ignoring me. I was off work on medical leave and I trusted that they would fix my car before I went back to work. My car is still down. Anybody that would take advantage of you and take your money then do not take your calls are scammers. Do not trust these people. Everything says scammers. Don't trust them.

They were awesome. After calling them around 9 pm, they arrived in one hours from Detroit to Ann Arbor in a very cold whether. Most of the mechanics even don't respond phone calls at that time. My car wasn't starting. They solved the issue in 5 minutes. They are expert on their job. I absolutely recommend these guys to everyone. Their prices are affordable and well deserved.

I'll give them this, they did come out to me. But they proceeded to "diagnose" my issue, offer a solution for the next day and then they never showed up the next day and ignored my calls. $60 for a diagnosis I found out was nonsense from an actual mechanic later and no follow up. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Go to an actual mechanic if you can.
