Brought my 2017 Ford Focus to 8 Mile Auto Center for a P0301 cylinder 1 misfire. The car wouldn’t go past 20 mph, and I was told it might be a couple hours before they could look at it. Hasan came in, asked if I’d been helped, looked at the code, and got my car checked within about 15 minutes. He clearly explained the issue, was very professional, and great with all the customers. The repair was completed in the time promised, the car was test driven, and all codes were cleared. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend this shop.

So my husband brought his truck in with one problem and how about we found out it was way more than we thought. They gave us a detailed report and videos and pictures of literally EVERYTHING that was wrong. As I then proceeded to say let’s scrap it and move on they came with the best deals ever and I’m not joking. They really rebuilt the truck and it’s riding better than ever. Soon we’ll be hitting the road again.
