I am writing this review after making several unsuccessful attempts to contact the staff. They used to respond to my calls and messages, but today they have completely ignored every phone call and text message I have sent. I took my car to them because it would suddenly shut off without any warning. After inspecting it, they told me the alternator needed to be replaced. I was surprised by this diagnosis because the alternator wasn't in bad condition—the lowest voltage it produced under load was around 12.9V. Nevertheless, I trusted their recommendation and paid $150 for the replacement. On top of that, they caused me to waste a lot of time and money making multiple unnecessary trips back and forth to their shop. Even worse, immediately after they replaced the alternator and started the car, it shut off again right in front of them. That alone should have made it clear that replacing the alternator was not the solution. Before all of this, I had already spent nearly $1,000 on towing because of this issue. Asem promised me a discount to help with those towing expenses, but when it was time to pay, he wasn't there, and I ended up paying more instead. The biggest problem is that replacing the alternator did not fix the issue. In fact, my car became even worse. After the replacement, a new ABS warning light appeared, and the vehicle now has more problems than it did before. Since I'm still new to the pricing here, I contacted another repair shop and found out they would have charged only $100 to replace the alternator. I was told they were charging me $150 to help compensate for my towing losses, but instead, I ended up paying more. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone for repairs or vehicle inspections. They misdiagnosed the problem, charged me for a repair that did not solve the issue, wasted my time and money with repeated unnecessary trips, and then completely stopped responding when I tried to contact them. Very unprofessional and dishonest experience. I came in for a repair, no work was done, yet the mechanic Asim refused to give my car back unless I paid $150. On top of that, the way I was treated was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. There was no understanding, no respect, and no willingness to communicate—only pressure and bad attitude. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Forcing customers to pay for services not provided and treating them poorly is unacceptable. There are many honest mechanics — this is not one of them.

Asam is by far the best auto electrician. Very honest and reliable. Always gets the job done.
