View on GoogleThey are TERRIBLE. I paid 7 something for a Cadillac converter & and Oil change. They TOOK ALL DAY TO FIX MY VEHICLE! And ON TOP OF IT THEY HAD MY OIL RUNNING OVER & TRIED TO HAVE THE NERVE TO , CHARGE ME EXTRA AFTER THEYRE MISTAKE! I Tried to take them to court but of course they didn’t show . They have ALCOHOLICS working there as well . This place is NOT a 4.2 rating because, it’s a JOKE !
View on GoogleI got my oil changed a couple months ago and had to take my car to another shop because the engine light came on and they found wayyyy too much oil in the car. There are three types of engine sizes for my car model and I have the smallest size and University Auto Care place put the amount of oil needed for the largest size. Thankfully my engine wasn’t damaged. Couple other things of note: - They didn’t give me a sticker saying what mileage I’ll need my next oil change. - They didn’t reset my change oil light until I reminded them, and it took 2 mechanics to figure out how to reset it. - The parking lot is very small, making it a challenge to get in and out. - When I first arrived they said the oil change would be I think like $50 but then when I was checking out it was I think $60, thankfully they honored the lower price I was originally told when I brought it up.
