I just bought a 2021 rav4 hybrid for $19000 plus $200 doc fees a week ago, then rusty brake rotors and pads dragged over 40mph the next day and went very loud, local shop found out the rotors were rusty and grinding, pads were worn 2mm, 88% worn. $1020.07 repair This dealer/shop kept convincing me it’s only surface rust. Very rude as I pointed all problems before buying, I see why this car has been sitting for few months with no buyers.
