We hit a big pot hole late in the evening and managed to get the vehicle to Sucher but it was after hours. Left a note and got there before they opened. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and courteous! They got us out within a half an hour with a fair price for two new tires. Thanks so much to all the staff! Great service and great customer care!
View on GoogleVery terrible place have bad experiences.Every time I go. first I buy a brand new set of tires didn'T even put a hundred miles on the front them. Had 2 shifted belts in two of the four tires. They told me to quit hitting potholes.Tires had less than a hundred miles on them. The charges me for two new tires. They said they don't work warranty, their tires. Another three hundred dollars. They didn't even change my valve stems that was thirteen years old that I paid them for , bad valve stem , can I paint to have changed

View on GoogleMany thanks, traveling down 75 picked up a bolt through the tread of the tire. Unexpected flat tire repaired and back on the road within minutes. No appointment, obviously, expected to pay premium price for this service, not at all. $25 and out the door back on the road, incredible this day and age. Will drive out of my way to return for the next set of rubber. Cheers.
View on Google10/10 Recommend I see why they are consistently awarded the Metro Times "Best of Detroit" for a tire shop. I can't recommend them highly enough! The price was the best for new tires. Here what they say is the price actually IS the price. What an amazing concept. Sure some places list a lower price, but then like ticketmaster they hit you with fees. Service was fast and friendly! They answered the phone right away and had great phone skills. Greeted me before I even walked into the store, all the employees were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I think it only took 20 mins to get 4 new tires installed. My spare & tire iron were put away properly in the correct compartment, they even replaced my missing lugnut for free! In today's world it is hard to find great value, great price & great service. Sucher Tire hits the mark on all 3. They have sold tires for over 100 years and they are very good, if not the best at what they do.
