Sam and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous about their work and taking care of their customers. I’ve been going to them for a few years now and always satisfied with the results, and now I’ve been taking my family members who are also satisfied with their service and repair. Very happy and highly recommend them for all your vehicle repairs.
View on GoogleI’m going to do my best to make a long story short. I had a few issues with my car, but I’m not going into the details with those issues because essentially they were fixed. After the repairs was made, I found out that I had a starter issue, which was odd because I hadn’t had any issues with my starter beforehand. They started the work on the starter. I come back to pick up my car. I get home. My car is not starting. I take my car back up to Sam’s to find out what’s going on with it somehow they get the car back started. I’ll take the car home again my car doesn’t start. Now this is twice. I bring my car home from Sam’s and the car isn’t running. I take the car back up to Sam’s with the same complaint. Hey my car will not run after I get it home. The manager of the shop starts to make up all type of is ex extremely issues with the vehicle that I didn’t have prior to, but now it’s all of a sudden stopping my vehicle From running. Whole time they purchased the wrong starter for my vehicle. The new mechanic stated that he was able to pull the bolt out of the starter that held it in place without turning it. He just was able to pull the bolt out. He purchased the right starter! Installed the right starter and my car has not stopped running since I brought it back from the new mechanic. The only thing the manager did right was refund my money for the starter. The damage was already done because I spent 10 weeks in rental cars that cost me a over $3000.

View on GoogleSome animals chewed electrical wires on my XTS Cadillac and it would not start. I took it to Sam’s Auto repair shop and glad that I did so. The mechanic (Ali) was professional and respectful. Discussion was made with Sam as well and he appeared honest and forthright concerning wiring issues. I thought it would be awhile before My car would be ready but was completed the next day to my surprise. I commend them for their prompt efficient service.
