Shady and dishonest took my car in on 04/22/2026 because the power steering light came on, the lady at the front desk says she's going to call me about the diagnosis, turns out its not a power steering issue but it's a alternator and battery, Not only does she NOT call me, she takes it upon herself to fix my vehicle without my authorization, charging me $700!! my battery was still under warranty and only takes 10 minutes to replace, the alternator isn't a time consuming/difficult fix either, I could have handled those things myself after paying the diagnostics fee, they didn't call me because they knew I could find a cheaper fix, which is extremely shady and dishonest. When I show up to check on my car cause nobody called me, the lady at the desk was being performative as if she’s been trying to reach me all day, but I’m a mailman in the area with great cell service, I seen when the car was finished and roughly how long it took, long story shorty take your car elsewhere

please do not go here, my car ended up getting worse after i took it there. the first time i took it up there they claimed the fixed the issue, my engine light comes right back on and the same dangerous issue is still happening. i took it to the shop again they claimed they fixed it. and now im stranded without a car. please do not go here your car is gonna end up worse then what it was before you came here. at first it was my oxygen sensor they claimed they replace. now my car is shaking and a new warning popped on my dash light that i never saw before. they ruined my car. i repeat do not give these scams any of your money.
