They have been doing work on my families cars for years now. They fixed my moms truck when it needed it, my friends cars, and now my car. Very polite and patient people. Honest mechanics and they know what they are doing. 5/5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

View on GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this place. Walked in to get a quote on Monday, came back Wednesday and after the work was completed I was charged double. Rafa never gave me a paper quote, which is required by Michigan law for all mechanics, regardless if I ask for one or not. But still I made the mistake of giving him the benefit of the doubt. His customer service is poor, walks away in the middle of a conversation. And when you don’t let him lead or take control of the conversation what’ll happen is a bunch of the other mechanics will come by and stand and watch as if it’s suppose to intimidate you. Johnathan and Jocelyn who work the front desk relay all pricing questions to Rafa, that’s how you know it’s all him. Granted maybe it’s my fault because I like looking presentable wherever I go, maybe next time I try out a new mechanic I’ll go dressed down or in sweats and maybe they won’t try and do the same thing that Rafa has, which is rob somebody hand over fist. Anyways, anyone looking for a new mechanic, I’d steer clear of Romo’s, isn’t worth the hassle, headache or stress there are others around. May my pain be your gain.
