⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently took my car to Quality Muffler & Brakes and had a great experience. The staff was kind, honest, and made me feel welcome from the start. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained what needed to be done without any pressure. I had my brakes fixed, and they did an excellent job. The work was completed quickly, the price was reasonable, and my car feels so much better to drive now. I had a great experience with Quality and Muffler Brakes. Sam was especially helpful, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the repairs clearly and made sure everything was done right without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The brake and muffler repairs were completed quickly, the pricing was fair, and my car is running perfectly now. I found my new mechanic shop that I feel safe in knowing that they won’t try to falsely diagnose my vehicle. I called over the phone and received great customer service, once arriving the next day the whole staff (Abe, Hanah and Joe) offered great vibes and they welcome me as family with being a new for life customer. And they offered a great deal with repairing my vehicle in a timely manner (flex pipe). Thanks Quality Muffler!!
