I had a great experience with Precision Auto Repair. They did an excellent job fixing my car and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From the start, the team was professional, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. A special shoutout to the manager, Frank—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but Precision definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and quality service!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR LIFE. ​I have never left a negative review in my life, but I am posting to warn the public about the gross mechanical malpractice at Precision Auto Tune Care. ​1. Lethal Brake Failure: They installed my brake pads on the wrong sides AND in reverse. Worse yet, they installed the brake hoses on the wrong sides, which is a catastrophic safety hazard that could lead to a total loss of braking. When I confronted them with the proof, they refused a refund and instead tried to lie to me, claiming I needed "brake boosters" I didn't actually need. They are either completely incompetent or actively trying to scam customers. ​2. Freeway Emergency & Forgotten Tools: Months before that, they installed a serpentine belt that slipped off completely while I was driving on the freeway, less than 48 hours after they installed it. I pulled over and opened my hood and literally just grabbed the whole entire serpentine belt out with my bare hands. I had to be towed back to their shop immediately. They admitted fault and "fixed" it. Then like a couple of days later, one of the mechanic that works there gave a call and said he may have left a wrench inside my engine bay. I checked inside the hood but didn't see anything. It may have fell out while I was driving but a loose tool in a moving engine is a recipe for a deadly accident. What mechanic leaves a loose wrench underneath the hood after working on a vehicle. That's Dangerous. ​3. Incompetent Reassembly (Power Steering): 2 week after they re-fixed the serpentine belt I also had to have them work on a power steering pump. When installing the Serpentine belt for the 2nd time they had to take parts of the vehicle apart to get to it, but they failed to put the vehicle back together correctly. I think this is why I had power steering pump problem. They have no attention to detail and zero regard for the safety of the people driving the vehicles they service. ​Every visit here has been a huge disappointment and a safety risk. This shop is a danger to the community. And all of this was verified within the first 5 minutes when I took it to the licensed mechanics at midas. I was with them during the time when they used the machine to lift up my vehicle, that's how I know the damage was done from precision autotune. I also have photos and video proof.

Precision care is my go-2 car repair place !!! I worked with franky and he was respectful welcoming and helpful. He was very straightforward about what I needed. The process was smooth and I was all set in a span of 24 hours.
