Yesterday this repair shop Blessed, yes they Blessed my Best Friend. They repaired her car when no one else could!!! My friend has an autistic son, and 3 days without her car, was more than a hassle!!! Thanks Plymouth Auto Service!!!
View on GoogleHonestly, a very bad experience. I took my car to them for what was supposed to be a simple issue (a sensor), and they gave me a cheap price upfront to attract me. After they replaced it, it turned out the part was faulty, and on my way home the car started misfiring. I went back, and they told me the problem was the computer. They charged me again and took it to their “friend” for programming. After that, the car started overheating even while driving slowly. I then took it to a trusted mechanic, and after inspection he told me there was nothing wrong with the car except that someone had messed with the computer. He couldn’t even read it — it shows “no data available.” Their approach is to lure you in with a low price, then you end up dealing with multiple problems that weren’t there before. Advice: be very careful where you take your car. Go to someone with a solid reputation and honest work, because mistakes like this can cost you a lot.
View on GoogleI will be calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. The absolute worst automotive shop I have ever brought my vehicle too. They lie about whats actually wrong with your car just to get extra money out of you. I was over charged and disrespected. I would not recommend bringing my vehicle too this establishment, let alone give them my hard earned money! Absolutely disgraceful
