This business has amazingly skilled auto mechanics who have repaired numerous parts on my 2007 Jeep Liberty, do not overcharge and show true customer care. They are community and family oriented. They do a great job with oil change and fluid top offs! Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended to go above and beyond.
View on GoogleWent in for a standard oil change and ended up being charged an extra $40–$50 for an “engine oil cleaning/flush” service. I understand this may be a real service, but it wasn’t clearly explained to me that it was optional or an added cost. The staff made it seem like it was part of the normal process or very low cost, so I didn’t question it at the time. In hindsight, I should have asked more questions before agreeing. Just a heads up to others: make sure you ask for a breakdown of any additional services before approving them. Basic oil change service itself was fine, but communication about add-ons could be clearer.
View on GoogleKind of late on leaving my review, but these guys saved my car and my wallet! Not only were they open late for me but Ahmed (Shorty) & Moe were a total pleasure! They explained everything from start to finish & showed me all old and new parts. Needless to say I won’t be going anywhere else, I’ve found a new oil change spot and a mechanic too! & they have a punch card 6th oil change free, if you’re questioning it, DON’T. They’re amazing
View on GoogleI have a slow leak on my Jeep and have to check it/top it off 2X a week. When I got my oll changed they told me not to do that anymore, just to come by and they would. I kept checking it myself until one day, the latch on my hood wouldn't work anymore. The first time, Haas (sp) topped it off and diagnosed the reason for the leak. The second time, Ali had to FIGHT with the hood to get it open. He was determined to get it open and to fix it. He did both. He was kind and happy at 7:45AM!! I'm definitely happy I chose them over Valvoline. I'll be back again and again.
