I went in for a simple oil change, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I clearly stated that I only wanted an oil change, but the staff repeatedly tried to upsell me on services I did not ask for. What’s worse, during the visit, my power steering fluid was drained and replaced with the wrong type of fluid. Afterward, I was told I would now need to take my car to a mechanic to fix the issue—something that was never a problem before I came in. To make matters worse, the staff mocked the situation instead of taking responsibility. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. I came in for a basic service and left with a new problem that will likely cost me more money to fix. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Really good experience here. They actually show you the old and new filter and walk you through everything under the hood so you know exactly what’s going on. Andy was good about explaining things, and the pricing is good for the service they do unlike other places that don’t always check and change everything. Definitely more trustworthy than the usual oil change spot.
