I had an excellent experience at Motor City Muffler and Auto in Detroit! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my exhaust system and gave me honest recommendations without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need. The work was done quickly and the quality was top-notch. My vehicle sounds great now, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing when it comes to custom exhaust and muffler work. The pricing was fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find shops that are both skilled and trustworthy, but this is definitely one of them. I’ll absolutely be coming back for any future work and recommending them to anyone in the Detroit area who needs exhaust or auto repairs!

View on GoogleThose Five Stars is a LIE! The worst mechanic ever! Took my car in running just needed a water pump. They lock my engine. Then they charge me $450 to release my car talking about it wasn't there problem. Small claims court! That five stars is a LIE!
View on GoogleI had problem with my exhaust system. I went to multiple places and was told I would have to wait at least 4 days for the part to come in, and prices quoted were astronomical. On a hunch I stopped at Motor City Muffler. Moe inspected my vehicle, quoted me a very reasonable price and I was back on the road in about an hour. Excellent service and professional. I will be making this my "go to" place.

I took my car up here for the heat to be fixed and now my car barely will start along with all types of other issues occurring. I brought my car here because I thought I could trust them but I see now that they are scammers! Don’t trust these new owners. This is the third time my heat went out after allowing them to complete repairs for me. I don’t have the money to constantly pay to just get heat fixed and then when they repair it a new issues appears. I will never return to this business and I will be reporting them. It’s below 0 degrees outside and I have to be out here 6 months pregnant and no heat!! Not to mention I occasionally sleep in my car because I’m going through something. They took advantage of me and I will not allow this to happen to anyone else.
