I went to Motor City Car Care twice already. First to replace engine gasket and then to replace rear brake pads and rotors. Mitch is honest and professional - he tells you what services the car needs, if he can do it and if not, then recommends you someone if necessary. The price is very good and transparent; he showed me the invoice for the parts I needed for the car. I recommend Mitch to all my friends.

After a couple of weeks researching to find a good mechanic, I ran across his shop, and the reviews are what swayed me. The good reviews were well deserved. Mitch stands on what he knows and won't deceive you. He performed two repairs but couldn't accurately diagnose the 3rd issue because it wasn't revealing itself. I definitely appreciated him not doing guesswork like how many other mechanics rip you off. However, upon preparing to leave, the issue (intermittently not starting) revealed itself . Mitch immediately identified that it was the battery. He was closing up shop, but he stayed late to give me time to run and get a new battery so he could put it in for me. For anyone looking for an experienced, humble, professional, and fairly priced mechanic, Mr. Mitch is the man. Thank you Mitch, and I wish I had known of you many years ago.
