Just a little backstory on me, single dad of a 10-year-old daughter our car is the only way I make money thru side gigs so yeah extremely important to our survival as well as any emergencies and transportation back-and-forth to school at the time so yeah we need some sort of transportation to just make it thru the day an make sure bills are paid. Today is June 7th 2026 My 2008 Cadillac sts has been sitting at this shop for 4 months now YES!! since Feb 23rd 2026 was told by Sam the guy working the desk and ordering parts that the part I need a (bcm) would be ordered an take about a week just to be told the programmer an locksmith will work on it as soon as they get to the shop because it’s considered electrical, okay cool. A month go by an they still haven't got to it yet and was told Sam was on vacation he will call me back with detail as soon as he get back from vacation just to be told by Al the shop owners son that the bcm was NEVER! ordered that he will order it now and it should be ready in “about a week” just to be told the next week after walking up there they can’t order it they have to send my old one in for repair just to be told they can’t repair it 🤦🏽‍♂️ but they can do a full swap bcm/ecu with the 2008 STS next to mine that a customer recently abandoned (i’m assuming from all the running around, they’re giving customers with no clear solutions)… A complete shit show so far, that was 2 months ago now come to find out all they did was rip out my glove compartment to take out my BCM and car has just been left sitting this whole time in the lot next door was told it never even entered the shop this whole time 🤯. I explain all this to the Shop owner Amanda even down to the non-communication an me having to constantly call back after being told I would be called back as well as the lying from Sam And she told me she would get back to me in about a week with estimates of final date of expected completion and assured me, she would take care of it An YES!!!, still nothing. I even left her a voicemail explaining we should meet face-to-face to discuss this seeing she’s acting like both Al and Sam with communication and nothing is being done that was said that’s gonna be done by nobody that I talk to thus far. The shop owner doesn’t even return your phone calls that she say she would or return voicemails and dodges your calls an this is the shop owner???……. I’ve been more than patient and been even more professional than this establishment has been with communication at this point it is beyond unacceptable extremely unprofessional, giving Business going under just need money to keep lights on type of vibes and I would advise nobody to come to the shop under any circumstances unless you want your car sitting in the lot right directly next door not to be seen nor worked on and lies told to you as you constantly call for answers or a solution to why your car is still not worked on or released?? If I can give it no stars, I would for how I’ve been treated smdhh 🚮👎🙅🏽‍♂️

Had a minor accident and then had to come up with money, and they have been amazing working with me. Letting me pay half earlier and the rest when I picked up my car. They went above and beyond with my service. Highly recommend these guys!!

My car was in their hands for an MONTH After trusting them with handling the electrical in my car. They didn’t tell me when it would be done, and I was continuously lead on for the duration of the month. I got my car back and both issues I came in for initially were not fixed. In fact, my car now has multiple new issues including, ac not working, car windows not working, key fob is wonky, broken glove box, and now my car needs a jump EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I was patient for the month and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after receiving my car with these issues, I was then blamed/ridiculed for being justifiably upset. They did not take responsibility for any new damages to my car and gave me back a little $470 refund off of a $2100 faulty wiring job.It have been nice if they told me in the beginning they couldn’t do what needed to be done, but ofc they wanted my money. I would not come here as a woman and I would not trust them to do a good job. They clearly don’t take pride into their work to make sure customers get a quality job done to their vehicles. They didn’t test my car before they gave it to me and I’m sure they didn’t test it well during the initial diagnostic. when I came to pick it up after they said it was ready, unsurprisingly, it was not. I am disappointed in myself for trusting a small car shop for the first time. They are not setting a good example for other small businesses. I was hopeful this was a good trustworthy place with good people. I was wrong.

I went there in May 2024 to get my car fixed. My car was losing power and would not accelerate. Also, a bunch of lights would come on when this would occur. I spoke with Sam. He said if I put a new engine in my car that this would fix the problem. So, I did pay them to put a new engine in my car. A month later my car doing the same thing. I took my car back to them and Sam said it was my harness that held the coils into place, which I told him that in the beginning. Sam said they would be replacing the coils as well when they replaced the engine because I brought up the coils in the beginning. When I took it back, he fixed the harness and said it wasn't his fault. I told him he said replacing the engine would fix the problem and it didn't. When I arrived to get my car the second time after two weeks of my car being there it still wouldn't go past 40 miles per hour. I left it that day after he tried to convince me to take it home and bring it back the next day. However, it was NOT safe to drive so I left it. They replaced the coils and tried to charge me 600.00 to pick up my car without getting authorization to charge me 600.00. I told them that the coils should be under warranty if they replaced them in the beginning. They said they weren't under warranty. I personally purchased coils from AutoZone before and knew he was lying. He became angry and told me to be quiet he was speaking. Then told me to never call his business again and hung up. All of this while my car was still there. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I will be taking my car to Toyota to see if they even replaced the engine. If they didn't, I will be suing this business as well. If you're thinking of doing business with them RUN AWAY!!! Also, when I finally picked up my car someone had driven it over 100 miles and there was a red bull can in my car. When I called to ask about the missing gas, they told me that they had to test drive my car. I live 19 miles from their business which is by Metro Airport in Romulus. 100 miles is 5 trips to my house. I'm not sure where they test drove it too but 100 miles is too much for a test drive.
