I had a great experience from the time I walked into the shop. My car had a lot of work to be done, they explained, gave me options on payment, and finished the job same day! Highly recommend you visit and check out their services 🤗
View on GoogleI purchased tires in January. Today I went to rotate my tires and the lug nuts were tightened to just north of a lever big enough to move the Earth. Two lug nuts snapped in half and another almost did before finally going loose. My vehicle calls for 80-90ft/lbs and in the last 14.5 years of going to Discount Tire I have never had an issue removing the lug nuts when I needed to do some work. Michigan wheel and tire is an absolute joke of a business and you should not go there for any reason unless you want your vehicle messed up. I did go there to try and get them to rectify this situation, but they were more than useless. Lol, the response is pathetic. The employee told me it was past three months there is nothing they could do and walked away from me. I told him I'm writing a bad review and left. Anything other than that is some fantasy you came up with. I understand you want to protect your employee, but damaging customer vehicles is still a trash business model. Also, I did not go to any other place. I tried taking the tire off myself, and before that the last place to touch my vehicle was your business. If this happened because of another business I'm sure they would have owned up to their mistake and took care of the issues they caused.

IMy experience with Michigan Will tires was the worst experience I have had at an automotive shop. I purchased a set of four ram wheels with tires installed on my truck when I went to pick my truck up there were used two different brand tires on my Truck I drove three blocks down the block randomly my check engine light came on and my car started out. I had to walk back to the shop waited two hours to get my car scanned for my check engine light and the owner called the police because I requested my car to be scanned worse $1800 I ever spent with customer service
