My experience was wonderful. They did a great job on my car Baby Cakes she was well taken care of and repaired sufficiently at an affordable price. The services were excellent and done in a professional way. They are good people and easy to work with. I do recommend them for all of your repairs. They did Electrical work as well as tie rod work. They also worked on my back rear tire. Whatever, issue you are having they will help you stay on the road. If you need a ride home, they will help you with that too.

I had work done at this shop a couple of months ago, and it was a bad experience overall. Every time they “fixed” something—like when they repaired my shocks—another issue showed up right after. That made me doubt the quality of their work. They were also reluctant to provide an invoice that clearly showed what work was done, even though Michigan law requires a proper invoice for any repair over $300. I had to ask for it specifically, and they still acted like they were doing me a favor. Another concern is that everyone at the shop goes by the name “Sam.” In particular, a redheaded Sam gave me questionable advice. He told me I never needed to change my transmission fluid, which I know is incorrect and harmful to my vehicle. After they worked on my car the last time—when I still had my winter tires on—my car began shaking at around 50 mph. That same redheaded Sam told me it was because winter tires can cause vibration at high speeds. Fifty miles per hour is not exactly high speed. This shop clearly takes advantage of people who may not know any better or who are desperate. They avoid proper documentation, give misleading advice, and operate in a way that raises serious concerns. According to the Detroit Parcel Viewer, the taxpayer for the property is listed as Hassan Boussi, from 7821 Barrie in Dearborn. Given their ongoing refusal to provide accurate invoices, their unwillingness to document repairs properly, and considering the recent federal investigations and FBI activity in Dearborn involving properties under review in the same general vicinity, I believe this location also warrants closer attention. Their documentation habits—and potentially their finances—should be reviewed more carefully.
