Came here early in the morning cause my slow leak turned into a flat tire 💔 The staff here was super kind and also quick.. Very courteous group of guys! They plugged my tire, filled it with air and I was on my way to start my day. Although this was my first time here, I’ll definitely be coming back! I’ll also be referring my friends and family to this business for all of their auto needs when they’re in the area.
View on GoogleThey are liars. They tried to get $1000 of covered warranty work out of us. They took our $100 to look at the car and told us to leave it and they would call the warranty company. They never called the warranty company. We asked them twice and gave them information twice and then called and said it was not covered under the warranty which is incorrect when I called the warranty company. The warranty company have no record of a claim being called in by them. This was horrible customer service and taking hard working people's money. Scamming neighborhood people who don't know any better. So sad and deplorable.
View on GoogleMy 2017 Lexus RX 350 was in need of 4 new tires, an oil change and new brakes all the way around. Of course the Lexus dealership wanted a ton of money for these services, so I began to call around to some local shops. Now-I ain’t gone lie-I was afraid because I’ve always taken my car to the Lexus dealership for service. I definitely didn’t want to place my car in the hands of someone that would provide lower quality work-which would bring the value of my car down drastically in the long run. But, the staff at this repair shop made me feel very comfortable. They knew and totally understood my concerns. They educated me on some things I didn’t know about my car and gave me a great deal on the work. I paid a little more than half of what it would have cost me at the Lexus dealership to get the repairs done at this shop! Annnddd, my car drives like new! Way better than it’s ever felt when I picked it up from the Lexus dealership! This was money well spent. I’ll definitely be returning to them!
View on GoogleTook my truck in for heating problem. They say it's the heater core $550. Call me to pick it up and had me waiting an hour. Comes out and say yeah I replaced the heater core and the thermostat (never asked for a thermostat, wasn't what he told me when he diagnosed it) but you have crack head gasket. I get the car back all of a sudden I'm have cracked head symptoms. $800 he say, I paid that and still my truck is running worst then ever. Didn't put my thermostat back in original spot. They rigged it somehow (pics). Also bought two new tires and one has a leak, rim wasn't sealed correctly. Just an all around horrible experience I'm still putting out money for. So unprofessional.
