Brian (I hope this is the correct spelling) is the person who assisted me with an estimate & he was friendly, courteous and answered any questions I had. He told me it would take a day to have the work done, I was a little skeptical because I thought the damage was extensive but my car was done the same day. They did an excellent job! I had used Jim’s Collision before and they did good work. I definitely recommend them.

Jim's Collision Shop did an excellent job on my car. My car was hit in the rear while in the driveway. My insurance company set me up with their closest collision shop. They set up my appointment, and the next morning, I talked with Jennifer. She is super nice and professional!!! Jeff worked on my car. They kept me informed about my repairs, and I was able to call and get updates as well! I definitely recommend Jim's collision shop!!! Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship!!! Thank you to Jim's Collision Shop!!! Wish I could give them a million stars!🙏🏽❤️

Just picked up my vehicle from Jim’s collision after my husband accidentally ran into a pole at the grocery store. Jen worked with my fleet vehicles team to ensure the repair was efficient for all parties. The front office staff was excellent and my car was repaired in a timely manner! I’d highly recommend ☺️

If you’re looking for shady work and non existent quality control and bad attitudes you’re in the right place. Did a half ass job paint job on my jeep and never completely finished the repairs. I ended up trading the vehicle in and taking a loss at trade in due to the incomplete repairs. Offered me a $25 gift card if I gave them a 5 star google review but I don’t need $25 that bad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

BUYING 5 star reviews!! This seems very unethical to me. They offer a $25 visa gift card for a 5 star google review. See pictures. Beware of fake reviews. Yeah look into the paper you have them hand out to buy the reviews. I also witnessed them allowing none employees of the shop to drive the cars around the block to different parts of the shop. I know this because Jennifer Baxter literally said oh that guy doesn’t even work here multiple times. This man also stated he did not work for the shop and was just there. I have recordings of all of this. Jennifer Baxter called me for car to be picked up and when I get there they tell me it’s actually won’t be ready until the next day due to wrong parts. I had ridden my bike multiple mile to the shop to pick up my suv. They let me take my car for the day to return it the next day so they could finish repair. Offered no compensation for their error and my wasted time. I get in the car and the interior is completely coated in some sort of white substance which I presume is from some sort of sanding. Jeff the manager personally brought my car around and had no issue handing back over to the customer this way. In fact when I went back in to complain they sent out the guy who Jennifer told me doesn’t even work there to take a look at what I was talking about. See photos. Again no compensation offered for them trashing my interior other than telling me I can come back the next day and wait around the shop for a hour while they clean it out. I don’t have time for this. Everything about this experience was shady. Filing claim with insurance for interior damage as I have no idea how toxic this white powder that is now all over my interior and in air ducts. Interesting how they are willing to pay for 5 star reviews but will not offer compensation for their error damage they caused.
