I was charged 344.00 for valve cover gasket and two spark plugs and grease off of my engine. Didn’t even get fixed what I needed fixed. I’m on a fixed income Considering how much that cost me. I don’t think I can afford to go back there. And I still need my car fixed. I had to save up my money just to do that.
View on GoogleHad an issue where my truck wouldn't start due to cold, and wouldn't take a charge with a jump. Saw Hubert's on google and they had good reviews so I gave them a shot. Hubert came and towed my car out of my driveway that same day. Called me back the next day with everything up and running smoothly. INCREDIBLE SERVICE. He was very nice, and very professional. And he didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the repairs. Honestly, if I were to have any auto issues in the Detroit area I'd go back to Hubert. Great service, great price, and the man was just cool to talk to overall. If you're having any car trouble or need a tow, give Hubert a shot. 5/5 Would go back to Hubert's any time I had auto issues.
View on GoogleI took my vehicle there to get service on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. my vehicle will not start I had a mechanic look at it who couldn't get it started and several AAA staff as well. By 12:00 p.m. I received a phone call that my vehicle was ready. I was completely shy because numerous people couldn't figure out the issue but they did. It was the longest two weeks that I felt like was an eternity without my vehicle. Thank you so much for the fast reliable and great service. I really appreciate your business going over and Beyond to repair my vehicle.
View on Google5 Stars! I currently live in the Lansing area and while out of town during the Woodward dream cruise my car starting have troubles, on a Saturday, 100 miles from home. I called Hubert’s, it was the only close shop open not only on a Saturday, but pretty late. He told me to bring it in. I received a call at 8pm (2 hours past their listed hours) informing me that they had retrieved the part that was needed and my car was ready to go. He offered to come in on a Sunday so I could pick it up. Being so far from home made me really nervous to use any mechanic but this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. For the level of customer service I was provided and the speed of service the price was incredible as well. Places like Hubert’s are the REASON I love Detroit.
