The tow truck driver I had was Andre, he was so courteous, patient, professional and well-mannered. My car was in a hard to get spot and he took extra care to get the vehicle without damaging it. Two other tow companies came out and said they could not get it, but he was able to get it with no problem. I am grateful that I was assigned that driver. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that needs a tow.

My husband Bought a truck from this establishment in the middle of August I took the car back-and-forth 3 to 4 times for them to fix what was wrong with it. He never even tried to fix it. I took it to another shop. Get an estimate on what was wrong with it Took the papers to him of what was wrong with it, and he still never addressed those issues and it’s a lot. I took it to him to get it fixed. He had the car over there for a weekend and did absolutely nothing. I’ve tried to communicate with him about the vehicle in Angelo knows nothing about a vehicle and the mechanics that work there are just as bad horrible customer service when my husband bought this truck. He told him that this truck is In excellent condition, but it’s not the oil pan is leaking oil And it’s rusted out I found that out when I went to go get a oil change And the truck, barely starts because it’s an electrical problem after going back-and-forth with him for three months when he never fixed anything, he asked when with the problems become ours and not his smh I highly suggest if you get a car from anyone you do not go to this place he’s highly unprofessional and even in our conversation with talking to him he started yelling at me as if I was one of his kids and I had to remind him that I was not buyer beware. oh, and the only thing Angelo says is bring it up here so I can look at it not that he’s gonna fix it because I did that and he didn’t fix anything. And I only put that star there so I can make this post because it deserves none

Very comfortable when you walk in. The owner is very down to earth and personable. Even had one of his guys take me home. I keep going back for great service.

I would highly encourage that no one comes to Henderson Automtive for auto repairs all! The mechanics are robbing and cheating people of their money! Last month my car needed brakes and liners replaced, which the mechanics did on August 18th. I had to bring the car back in just a week after because the brakes went completely out when I getting off work; my emergency breaks didn't even work properly so felt like I was driving a death trap! They charged me again saying that I needed a new master cylinder, which would've been better for them to discover thag the first time. So after the second repair, my wife drives the car to church on Tuesday, August 26th, and once again the brakes failed again on her to where she couldn't even stop the car before she hit a pole to avoid hitting another car. She ended up having to go to the hospital and suffered minor injuries in her ankles. I understand that D'Angelo was trying to be reasonable show sympathy for the situation, but we have no choice but to hold the shop responsible for the ongoing issues, and may need to pursue legal action to rectify this major inconvenience! You all need to make sure your mechanics know what to look for the first time before telling customers there's extra problems happening before they deal with these issues.

The owner is rude, pushy and not very knowledgeable about cars. I asked for a tune up and he needed me to explain what that consisted of. I got my car back and it was worse than when I dropped it off. Needless to say I will not be back and you should be careful going here. ***In response to the owners comments. I knew I was going to leave an honest review the first time we talked. it took 13 mins for DEANGELO “the owner” to figure out what a basic tune up was. Red flag #1. My car was never diagnosed! especially not thoroughly that is a lie. If you were to post our conversation you would be caught in many of the lies spread under this review. I towed my car to another shop that ACTUALLY diagnosed it and found nothing of which you said was the problem, you are unprofessional, rude, unintelligent and an unhinged liar. The tow was fine the repairs were not! You have no idea what your doing when it comes to cars I suggest u pick a new career. Deangelos customer service is extremely poor DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.
