had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. I came in for a valve stem replacement because my tire was leaking. After the service, the tire was still leaking, so I returned to have them check it. Instead of helping, the employee immediately became defensive and yelled at me, saying he couldn’t do anything because the lug nuts were stripped — even though they were the last ones to service my tire. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, just a respectful explanation and some basic customer service. I left feeling confused about what I was supposed to do next because he simply walked away without offering any solution or guidance. Very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Horrible customer service no guarantee on tires The gentleman that work there are nice but the owenee is very rude and inpatient. Refused service clearly states disabled.. rip off!!! Did brakes and did not put new roters on will be filing a complaint

I went to this location to get a transmission changed out. Granted it was a used transmission, yet the owner told me he tested the transmission out and a couple of weeks after, the transmission he switched out had the same issue. I paid over $3000 to get this work done. I would not recommend getting work done here. They will tell you what you want to hear and send you on on your way.

I just left here and the customer service was top tier. I went in to get my a/c checked out because it was blowing out hot air. Left with cold air. I was told that an animal had been chewing my wires. This shop fixed my problem and gave me advice on how to solve it.
