Tay and my friend there at that shop, was very helpful yesterday for me. I had a great learning experience w my car and how to handle it. View on GoogleI have been getting my work done at this location for the last 2 years, this time around my experience has been much different. I got new breaks and rotors , an engine mount replaced, rear struts replaced. They got me in urgently to do the repairs and take my money. But after the fact I was treated very carelessly since. I was sent home with my vehicle shaking terribly as I reached highways speeds. I immediately called and brought my car back in on Saturday for a balance and an inspection on the work that was done and they had me sit for 3 hours while my car sat untouched. This is over the weekend so I had to experience this shake until Monday. Had to miss a half day of work due to them not being open at the time they have online then when no one showed up I was sent to 2 different shops to eventually just get a balance to stop the shaking which should have been done at my initial service. Fast forward to today a full week later because people have to work and continue out everyday life. Now they have a new master mechanic at the front who doesn’t evens understand why you would be frustrated after dealing with the one before. Photo was taken at 9 am.

View on GoogleI got my oil changed for the lows...dey were quick abt it. Dey txt u a full layout of ur car n any n everything wrong with it...very helpful n there willing to work with u on price, parts n labor if need b!!
