Well let see I went get a tire fix that morning they say I was good too go ,but the tire in up going flat on me when I get to work, just to inform you I had purchased a new tire that morning to go on went i get off work .because this was the third time they plugged the same tire so I decided to go head and replace it , because I was tried of the inconvenience of it keep going flat. But I was told they fixed the tire and it was good to go. So I was able to go work , but went I came out too my car to take it back to them. the tire was flat, so I end up having it towed to them,because I couldn't drive it. It would have damaged my rim, so when I got there they apologized but I was really upset, so they put my new tire on and they did say they will give me a free oil changes went my next time I need one and a free car wash, they are under new management and one thing I noticed that the place was clean and the bathroom was clean, my son and I purchased tires there in 2025 great price for 4 new tires, so we will be going back for other service they offer.

My experience here was amazing. I had some brake work done and a minor adjustment was needed. I called Joe told me to come on over and they immediately took care of me. I told them they ARE STUCK with me I will be bringing my Infiniti here as well. They just made a new customer out of me.

DONT LET THE RATINGS FOOL YOU!!! They are charging entirely too much! These ppl (owners) don’t live around here in our neighborhood, but charge us an arm and a leg for auto repair! Let me tell yall what happen, long story short. So lately I’ve been hearing a squeaky noise as I drive my jeep so I stop up here to get a diagnosis. They pulled my car back run a diagnosis. The guy at the front comes and tells me I’m going to have to pay almost $2000 for new brake pads and rotors. Luckily, I had someone with me to tell me that’s too much I should get a different opinion. I’m sooo glad I did!! After getting home later that evening, I decided to look on Facebook marketplace for a mobile mechanic And reached out to one immediately. I told him I keep hearing a squeaky noise, sent my car info and asked how much for just the labor he said it’s not the rotors it’s my break pads making the noise and quoted me $60 for the front and $60 for the back brake pads, I said SOLD!! After he recommended me a place to go get the parts, That were only $40 for the front and $40 for the back ($80 total), He pulled up on me took about 30 to 45 minutes to finish And the noise was GONE!! And I only spent $200!! I say the ton of money not going to this place and I recommend you don’t either go on Facebook marketplace get a quote from a mobile mechanic!! It literally saved me hundreds of dollars And I got to support a hard working father!! Can’t beat that!

Very expensive compared to other shops. I have noticed that shops who offer a loan for repairs through companies like Snap finance and others are more expensive. Detroit Tire also told me that I had an oil leak, which I never had until they did my oil change. I went to another shop for an oil change and there was no more oil leak.

My car was there for almost 6 months I paid $7,000 to have a transmission, a used one at that put in, there were no warranties so $7,000 let's just hope and pray. My window no longer let up when I picked up my car however I had no issues with it when I dropped it off and they just looked at me and shrug their shoulders, it's on me. When I dropped the car off it was already established after my third payment that they would not charge me storage because a family member had just had two major repairs done there and I was a referral from them and I did not want to do the credit I wanted to pay for it in cash. Have fun picking up my car they told me wait a second we have to check it and I'm wondering from what you had it for 6 months only to come to me and tell me that my oil pan was leaking???? As if I was going to leave my car longer and I told him no thank you it would get fixed elsewhere. The area manager Stan if he even still works for the company was nowhere to be found the young man at the front desk knew nothing of nothing do not go here and have anything done to your car unless you are a man because you might have to slap someone or knock them out.
