This company is fraud my car has been with them since April 1 here it is may 6 they have been telling me different times on when my car will be ready for pick up a week after I put it in they told me they did my transmission but I would need a tcm which Jay who I talked to the first. Day told me that they will take care of it an to give them few days I asked will it be ready by Friday he said yes it should so I waited but that Thursday before another guy called an said they had to let Jay go cause he was giving false information an he didn’t know what he were talking about he said it will be $725 more dollars to get the tcm done I explained I didn’t have that cause I was told a set price by Jay if I knew it wouldve been extra i wouldve of saved extra but I took care of bills after I paid them what they ask so he decided to knock it down to $460 to do the tcm i said fine came up with that took it to them he told me give him a few days so on my way leaving the shop I had to get something out my car an noticed my bumper was tow all up so I went back an asked about that he said they will take care of it i said fine gave it another few days called to see how everything was going he said they did everything but they had a fire an the shop so they was closed for a day but my car will be going ti an that they would be sending my car to the collision shop on Saturday to get painted it’s exact color an it will be ready Monday afternoon waited again no call on Monday so I called no answer went up there shop was closed , called Tuesday may 5 still no calls no answer went up there still closed here it is Wednesday no calls shop still closed have no way of getting in contact with them im so upset hurt an stressed I need my carrrrr an at this point I feel like they stole my vehicle i will be Suen them an I will be called fox 2 I also looked inside it dont look like a fire cars piled up inside everywhere an people cars sitting n the lot look like they have been broken into that shop is a scam an they need to go down asap

I beg you please don’t go to these criminals. First they tried to lie to me about the work needed to repair my vehicle. Wanted to charge me almost $6000 talking about I needed engine work but couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my engine and gave no paperwork on their inspection. The owner eventually confessed and said he had no clue what was wrong with my engine and stated his “guys” took it somewhere and expected it themselves and that they don’t get the paperwork on the repairs until the customer agrees to the repair amount. They diagnosed my vehicle 15 minutes after the tow truck was picked up from my house. I took pictures of my vehicle before they picked it up and when I went to pick it up because I refused service they broke an extra window and scratched my trunk up. I will be taking them to civil court because when I confronted the owner he cursed at me and told me do what I have to do and hung up in my face. They also unplugged my fuel pump control underneath my passenger console. Beware and take it anywhere else. These photos are before I took it to their shop.

Absolutely amazing....customer service great. I had tire change and it was quick and Jay was an awesome salesman... Told my husband and we are making this our shop....we are loyal to each other.

If u need sum work done, see Jay.. he will get you together for a decent price and he'll show you the issues your having before having to pay. And if he can't do it, he will definitely refer you to sum1 who can. I got same day service, as well!

They have reasonable prices and they always make sure my car is in top tier shape before giving it back, i love that they’re not money hungry and they genuinely explain what the problem is.
