Bronson Tire

Recently found out they sold me two tires that weren’t the right size and put them on for me, later on down the line I’m wondering why my car is shaking on the freeway. Went back they said nothings wrong it’s the suspension, went to HOLBROOK up the street and was told the tires were the wrong size. Now I am ignorant when it comes to cars I don’t know much so that’s how you guys were able to lie and sale me two new tires that were too small. Could’ve really screwed me if those wrong size tires caused problems and I’m not sure that they didn’t. Anyway I got the tires replaced with the correct size and I’m riding smooth. Shame on you Bronson for lying to a customer I used to come here for all tire needs but now I go up the street to HOLBROOK at least they have integrity and don’t lie to the customers, I also received a discount from them as well.

This is one of those places I always try to give the benefit of the doubt because they’re right by my house and they failed me every single time. I loved the older management but this guy is only concerned with taking your money and overpriced. I was driving by and my tire started to go flat it was early he told me to go down the street on greenfield my tire now is fully flat I’m not driving on my rim he told me it wasn’t worth the time. Another time I had got a inspection on my trucks suspension and was told I was missing a bolt the tech told me he would look around and see if he had one he did and put it on I go to pay and this guy tried to charge me 65 dollars for a bolt even the tech looked at him sideways and the last time my truck had died as soon as I pulled up to my garage it was a hour before they opened the tow truck dropped it off and I sat in my friends car until somebody got there I left my key number and a note so when they got there I went home. Not even 10 mins later my girl comes home and I leave back out to do a few things as I passed by my truck was on the lift about hour and a half later, they asked if I could come back to the shop. I go up there and they tell me the problem with my truck along with my converter is missing and asked me how long was it sitting outside because people steal them I was told they could check the camera but it would do no good but when I explained the situation they didn’t want to show the camera footage I have a few more situations with them before the first situation I wrote, but I will never go to them again

So I won’t be going back to Bronson anymore and this is why : I had been going to Bronson for about a year and half now and had gotten a few major car repairs there. They were going to always get my business , anytime I needed anything repaired I was going to go to Bronson, until july 8th where I feel I was mistreated. I came in early that morning to get my rotors and brakes changed. I had the parts I just need the labor done which the manager said they would do at a fair price. So I come down I give them the keys and I was told it would be done in a couple hours. So I decide to wait there and I go to the store and take care of a couple things I needed to while I wait for the car to be fixed. After 2 hours I notice that they haven’t even started on my car. I look out there’s about 5 guys out there who work for Bronson. 1 is working in the first bay as he has been since I arrived . The other 4 are in the lot changing tires and filling up air of cars who have just arrived. When I notice people pulling up and getting seen before me is when I wonder when exactly I’m going to be seen. I ask and the manager says all the Bays are filled up when one comes out your the next in. But like I said earlier nobody was in bays doing anything but the first guy, all the cars in the bays were just sitting there. That irritated me along with the fact that the tone in which he said was like it was obvious they were doing this imaginary work and don’t rush them. I walked back out just to look again and make sure I wasn’t imagining this , I walked back in and said hey I’m not trying to be bothersome but it doesn’t look like anyone is in the bays doing anything , most of the people are out here changing tires of people who just pulled up. The manager got up , he grabbed my key he handed it to me as he walked by me to the door and he pointed out to the lot and passive aggressively in so many words said all my guys are out the working and you should probably leave because we’re not go be able to get to you right now. Where if you were there you could read between the lines and he was telling me I don’t care what you’re talking about about , take your key and leave if you don’t want to deal with how we do things. We as two men should have been able to discuss that more reasonably. If there’s something I’m not understanding explain it to me or if I’m right then fix it, there was no need for the extra emotions. I’m to good of a customer to let anybody talk to me that way . There is two many mechanics hungry and trying to make a living in this hard time to have to be forcing my money into somebody’s pockets. I went right over to Redford auto repair on 8 mile , and those guys were in the working hard , bays fulls and they still got me in and out in about 30 mins. If you guys don’t want the business close down because your occupying a lot.

I was purchasing tires every week and took it here and they took care of me right away and found the issue and with a great price.
