I work near this shop and ive been bringing my cars there for about a year now. Most recently, I had trouble with a subaru not starting, especially after rain. I brought it in, they told me they fixed something, and I paid. The car was parked so close to the building that someone had to pull it out for me. The worker struggled to start the car. So I went inside and told the main guy, who proceeded to try and start the car and it started right up (Cause it LITERALLY had just been started, of course it will be easier) He told me if I still had issues to bring it back. Almost immediately, the car stopped working for a few days and I had to pay almost $100 in rides to work. So when I finally got it started again, I brought it back as he told me to do. He looked at it, called me, and said he plugged in the code reader and it didnt bring up anything new so theres nothing he can do. I was under the impression that a mechanic knows how to INSPECT a vehicle and find out whats wrong but apparantly they only know how to fix code issues. I brought the subaru to a place near my house that I occasionally use and they IMMEDIATELY realized what the issue was, fixed it, and did a minor tune up for me!!!! I will NEVER again go to this shop since clearly they do not do mechanic work, just fix codes

The head mechanic is my only and favorite mechanic. He always has my car back in a timely fashion. He also handles my car with great care, has affordable prices and he is the best. Everything comes with a warranty. With me being a woman, he never tries to treat me any differently from any other person. I recommend him 1000%.

View on GoogleA good mechanic shop is priceless. I'm so glad I found AutoTech LLC. The owner, Al, has a great rapport and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a Lincoln from an used car auction knowing it would need some work to bring up to par. Al was able to explain the necessary repairs and give me a price within a few hours. That was a year ago and she's a beauty, still driving well. I have referred this shop to family and everyone has been satisfied with their service. To Al and the guys at AutoTech, Great Job!
