Auto Care 911 is hands down one of the best shops in Detroit. The service was fast, honest, and professional from start to finish. Ali was amazing super knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of just rushing the job. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way, not just getting you in and out. The work was done right the first time and the pricing was fair. I worked with all the mechanics in this area and this shop has to be the best! They take pictures of your vehicle before sending you a quote and they send those images through email. They're honest and don't rip you off. Ali there is exceptionally helpful and really takes his time to diagnose anything and everything that can be wrong with your vehicle and he gives you honest feedback of what you should fix and what can wait.

Updated Post! After being a 10 year loyal customer to Ali sister company Protech where I originally get my car fixed however they took my car over here got major work done in December 2025. Ali promised me after 5,000 and a year warranty that I should not have any problems well folks my check engine light was flashing and my car hesitating and cut off I reached out to Protech which is a sister company to Autocare I need spark plugs so and other worlds a tune up which should have been easily resolved. Due to my receipt of 5,000 and warranty you would think someone would honor that however what I get disrespected, cursed at and dismissed from Protech, I reached out to Ali told me he will call me back never did. So I am changing my review. My car lasted me 4 months. My review is late but well worth the wait. My car stopped on me in the middle of the night when I received a tow to my original repair shop which is like a sister company to Ali shop on 7 mile. Ali and his team took care of my car where I needed major repairs and it was done in a week. I appreciate this team very nice respectful and kind. I didn’t feel cheated. I will always have them on speed dial for my car needs more in the future. Thank you Ali and Team 🥰
