This is a great place if you want honest answers and outstanding customer service. I have had my 2015 Jeep serviced at least 4 times here and hands down best the place. Sarah is Phenomenal- say ladies, she know her the car language-Vernon and Moe- outstanding as well-
View on GoogleI have taken 2 of my BMW’s to Alpha. I tried to give them a 2nd and 3rd chance to make their wrongs a right. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your car there. You will be disappointed! Who sticks a rag in between the radiator and the engine to caught oil from leaking on the ground?

View on GoogleI use to love that I could trust the fact that if I took my car here it would always be done right without any issues. I'm disappointed to say I no longer have that faith. I came in December to get $1,300 in repairs done just for my engine light to come back on and yet another tire went flat AGAIN after I came up there and someone telling me the tire wasn't done properly even though that's what I am paying for and was told I got "$500 worth of work for free" . How was it "free" when it wasn't done properly in the first place?! He really needs an etiquette lesson on how to speak to customers that just want their car done right the first time. And as I was driving today the engine light is back on and the tire is going flat again. I give up. After my bill is paid off I will just find a different shop. I've been a customer since 2017 and I'm not sure if new people got hired or something but I am truly disappointed with the service now. Especially for $1,300.
