The owner of this shop is the worst mechanic I’ve ever encountered. I had a car issue, but he never even opened the hood to inspect it. He didn’t even lift the car to look underneath. He spotted the leak and charged me $800 and walked away. I drove away. He’s the worst mechanic in Detroit. Don’t take your car to him; he’ll rip you off.
View on GoogleLiterally if I could give these weirdos a -10 I would so fast. They told me my car was going to be ready every other day for a week it has now been. And everytime I go there it isn’t finished. And the owner is nowhere to be found with a vacant shop and my car sitting there unattended to. The man told me it would be ready on Saturday,,,,,,LAST FRIDAY, and when Saturday came he said there are parts in the air. How would it have been ready Saturday if there were still parts coming. So that continued for a week, and it is now the following Friday, and they told me it would be ready today. Showed up, and there is nobody there…………………..this place needs to be shut down. Even the lady at the desk told me YESTERDAY my car would be finished at the end of the day….and when it wasn’t, her excuse was”well there are cars in front of yours” these people are jokes and need to be shut all the way down. I’m still out of a car with a life to live stuck at home missing meetings and important connections and it’s been a week past the time they said it was going to be ready, and these people DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!, so don’t bother calling about your Audi that they told you would be ready everyday for a week and to come back everyday for a week for it to not be done , and for nobody to be there. Tomorrow is the following Saturday, and I will be missing very important things because of this establishment. They deserve -200000 stars and a lawsuit…..legitimately not even joking. Worst car repair place I’ve ever used in my entire life. And I have 0 nice words. Literally 0 things nice to say about these people or the establishment. These people need to pay for what they’ve caused in my life somehow
View on GoogleNEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN.! Came here for a basic oil change on 10/25 & on 10/30, my overall car fluids are low/warning lights are on, & my water pump is messing up because All my coolant is gone. Yall suck. Don't waste yall time. Definitely a rip off
View on GoogleIf I could give them a zero I would. This place is a ripoff. Charged me for work I already had done and kept telling me that I needed work that I really didn’t need. My abs and brake light were on And they supposedly fixed the car for 500. It was still having the same problem so he said bring it back. When I took it back Charles told me it was something different and it would cost another 700 to fix. Scammers so be aware!!!!
