I sent my employee there with my vehicle to put a used tire on my car. My wheel lock is 4 days old i just got it from the dealer. They broke the wheel lock by using an impact gun on it while doing it. The worker was tryna tell me that it was the BMW dealerships fault for putting it on to tight. I guarantee you he tried tightening it first on accident and broke my wheel lock. Doesn’t help either that he had to wait 2 hours just for a used tire. Waste of time, very unprofessional, and liars. Now one of my wheel locks on my brand new bmw is messed up because some worker thinks he knows everything. Will be reporting to BBB. EDIT: I did ask my friends who owned tire shops, which arent in the area. They said you broke it by using a impact gun and that you’re not supposed to do it with that. The manager did nothing but tell me its not their fault.

An inch bigger than all my others. It ended up wearing out my other tire because of it so now I need to get two new tires only a couple months later.
