Great experience getting my oil change here. Lee is very friendly, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. They made sure that everything was filled and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find a trustworthy spot for car maintenance, but this place definitely earned my business. Would not trust this place at all. Upon arriving everyone seemed pretty friendly but truthfully, they are all scam artists lol. Went here because my car was overheating and they sent me into the office to sit with eddie (assuming he’s the manager or owner). usually you’re allowed to sit in your car or even stand there and watch what they’re doing but guess this place is different. Anywho, Eddie sits and talks to me about cars, a little about myself, and just life in general. Then one of the mechanics comes in and they begin speaking to each other in another language which i definitely did not appreciate. It makes me feel as if you’re trying to scam me or just play some type of trick because what are you saying that I’m not able to hear in English?? So they proceed to tell me I need a new radiator, showing me some “part that blew” but not explaining anything to me about it, just simply pointing at it.. So I’m asking them what am I supposed to be looking at and they just proceed to tell me how they have to take the whole front part out in order to change the radiator and it’s a whole day job. So I go into the office and ask Eddie the price for the job, he just stares at me hesitantly.. So i say okay well what’s the range I’m looking at if you don’t want to give an exact price, he proceeds to tell me $450 for me but for anyone else it’s usually $600. I say okay well let me call my dad and see what he wants to do. I call my dad and tell him I want to tow my car to our mechanic and have him diagnose it, because the last time a mechanic shop that i don’t NORMALLY go to told me it was my radiator, it turned out to be some type of pump that was an easy fix. So I tell Eddie I’m getting it towed and he does like this frustrated clap then says “okay, yes whatever you need to do”. Fast forward to me getting it towed and my mechanic looking at it… It was the pump like before.. so imagine if I had paid that money for something that was not even broken? I think it’s DISGUSTING how these shops constantly try to get over on women. It’s actually embarrassing because you’re losing business and not growing it. All this to say, DO NOT go here. THANK YOU.
