This was my third time at this shop, and it makes me question if I was charged fairly before. I went in for a camshaft sensor on my 2016 Chevy Cruze and told them not to fix it yet, but they still charged me $75 for diagnostics. Their quote of $475–$550 is far higher than the $250–$270 I got from other shops, and they did not provide a full breakdown for parts and labor. That itself is very alarming and their price gouging is concerning.

My husband and I have been going to Alex and Mike for a few years now. I love them. They don't overcharge. they call you quickly to let you know what needs to be fixed. And if they can't fix it they will let you know, instead of putting a bandage on it like some shops. They are the Best.
