Very clean, professional service here. Friendly staff who will explain things. I went to a different oil change in Livonia and asked why the price was so high….they got mad and gave me an attitude saying if I don’t like the price I can go somewhere. So I came here to planet (recommended by a friend). Similar situation and Alex calmly and simply explained that my truck takes 6 quarts instead of 5 and that the placement of my filter is different so it’s not a standard filter like most cars. I appreciated his patience and simply explaining. That respect is unfortunately not always universal. But at Planet it was! Fluids can always be topped off between oil changes. And they’re open 7 days a week. Which is super convenient to me! Will definitely be returning.

View on GoogleEver since they remodeled this oil change it’s been my spot to get an oil change. Hands down! They really care about your car and the customer experience. I love the little extras like the free water bottle, air freshener, and 🆓 car wash. You can't beat that. The assistant manager and the whole team provide outstanding customer service and get you in and out in 5 minutes or less. The owner should be proud to have such a great team running the show!
View on GoogleThis is one of the most delightful experiences I had to get my car oil change done here.. everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused, transmission oil change costed 3 times less than what was quoted by dealer.. was greeted with bottled water, free air check and free car wash at end . I would definitely recommend them and this would be my default place for all oil change needs going forward Great job guys!!
