If I could give them 0 stars I would. I talked to Manger Charlie 5/11/2026 about my fiancé coming in 5/9/2026 around 10am to get a tire patch. My fiancé advised the person that fixed our vehicle look like they were under the influence. After the tire patch the mechanic did not tighten 3 lug nut.Those processed to fall out as we drove. The car became very loud and a nice man in his truck advised us our tire was about to fall off. We proceeded to get the vehicle parked safely. When we took a look the tire was completely detached from rim at the top and barely hanging on. The problem I have is it took my fiancé having to step in and give for details for me to not be questioned like I was lying. He was very condescending on the phone and talked down to me. I would go has far to say he was belittling me. When I advise how serious this is then the manger advised we could come for a free oil change. Then asked what can they do to make it right. Nothing. By the grace of GOD we are still alive and then when I call you give me attitude and talk down to me so much so my fiancé had to jump in a start talking to you. I decided to end the conversation and take to the reviews. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Update: After talking with the owner I feel much better about the situation. He reach out to me right away on 5/11/2026 and I was able to talk with him 5/12/2026. He made the situation right and addressed all my concerns including the mechanic.
