One of the worst roadside tire service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician arrived well after the quoted arrival time and clearly was not prepared for the job. He didn’t have the proper tools, so he had to leave and come back, wasting even more of my time. When he finally started working, it became obvious he didn’t know how to properly mount the tire on the rim. While struggling with the repair, he gouged and damaged my rim. He eventually had to call another technician because he couldn’t get the tire mounted himself. After damaging my rim, the company replaced it with a used rim that was already gouged up and in poor condition. I paid for professional roadside service and received delays, damaged equipment, and an inexperienced technician who couldn’t complete the job without help. If you’re a truck driver who values your time and equipment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Friendly staff here was in and out in about 4hrs total they were very busy. Only rating 3 stars because company had to get a hold of the main guy in order for them to take me in for the day, before that they were going to be too busy. Got 8 new tires they did very good on.

View on GoogleI was driving down Ford Road in Dearborn when one of your company’s trucks began swerving aggressively through traffic, cutting people off, and driving recklessly. This wasn’t just careless—it was dangerous. Whoever was behind the wheel clearly has no regard for public safety or your company’s reputation. I’m leaving this review in hopes that the owner or management team sees it and investigates who was operating that vehicle. A driver like this gives your business a bad name and puts lives at risk. I strongly suggest reviewing dashcam footage or GPS data to find out who was responsible and take proper action before something tragic happens.
